COVID-19 safety procedures
Dear guests,
We would like to inform you that we have worked intensively on norms and protocols in order to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene and safety to you and all our staff.
All new procedures implemented have been adopted in accordance with the guidelines drawn up by the relevant health and industry authorities.
Below we explain all the measures taken to ensure you have a peaceful and safe stay, with the hope that you will, once again, experience unforgettable moments.
Our procedures
The Hotel, after the seasonal closure period, has undergone a thorough initial cleaning and then environmental sanitation, as required by law, by the company Anticimex S.r.l. which has issued the appropriate certification.
In addition, daily cleaning, both in the common areas and in the rooms, will be intensified and carried out exclusively with disinfectant products approved by current legislation in order to ensure greater safety.
All our textiles have been washed with sanitizing detergents and sanitized with steam equipment.
Our staff
Attention starts from the inside, therefore every day our employees will be subjected to temperature screening before starting their activity and if someone has a temperature higher than 37.5 they will not be admitted to the facility.
The hotel staff will be equipped with appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment).
Check-in
In order to ensure greater security, we decided to start an online check-in system before arrival at the hotel. Guests will receive a link to their email address which will allow them to enter their details in compliance with the privacy policy, unless they present their ID upon arrival at the hotel.
We will ask each of our guests to undergo a temperature check upon arrival and if the temperature exceeds 37.5 or any other symptom associated with Covid-19, they will not be allowed to stay and the local health authority will be contacted for appropriate procedures.
Common areas
There will be a significant increase in the sanitation of all areas with a high level of exposure and contact. Social distancing will be guaranteed with the aid of specific signs and hand sanitizing gel dispensers will be available in each area of the hotel. Our guests will be required to wear the mask in common areas, as indicated by current regulations.
Rooms
We will dedicate scrupulous attention to the cleaning of each room through constant and frequent use of sanitizing and disinfectant products recognized by the National Health Authorities. We will provide all our rooms with disposable packs of hand sanitizing gel available to our guests. We will implement the usual cleaning of the ventilation and air conditioning systems with periodic sanitization of the filters. We therefore ask you to collaborate with small gestures, such as letting the rooms air every day and especially before the access of the cleaning staff.
Restaurant
Breakfast will be served at the table with à la carte menu, as the regulations in force to date do not allow buffets. We will also guarantee the spacing of the tables and request reservations to ensure that the maximum number of entrances is respected.
Beach
The Hotel Club 2 Torri offers its guests the possibility to choose three different beaches, two in agreement and one directly managed. A reservation will always be requested and the beaches will respect the rules provided by the competent authorities.
Parking
The cars of the guests that will be collected by our staff will be sanitized with products suitable for disinfection before being delivered.
